Get the year off to a great start!
Want to reduce the burn-out factor? People who cope best with hard times tend to have one trait in common: resilience. The characteristics of resilient people include: good self-esteem, a positive outlook on life, a flexible outlook, the ability to change plans mid-stream, the ability to ‘switch off’ and a philosophy that hard times are a valuable learning experience, rather than a punishment.
This interactive learning workshop will help you identify the characteristics of resilient people and provide you with tools and techniques to help you take control. What more could a Disability Advocate ask for?
This session was run in 2011 for rural advocates by Master Your Mind with rave reviews. This is one session not to miss in 2012.
